財務(wù)部項目經(jīng)理(流程優(yōu)化與財務(wù)管理) ? support business expense & compliance through regional financial kpi management (15%)
? provide training and consultant to foster and reinforce mind-set of full compliance of both financial and be policy (10%) – provide training and consultant to ensure full understanding and execution of financial and be policy, tax regulation and activity management.
? support business spending optimization (10%) - provide professional expenses analysis and training to support lob to meet expenses budget and optimize spending
? compliance of business ethics (5%) – build up business ethics culture in compliant with fcpa, rdpac code and be sop in china through training and consulting. perform audit against expense claim and marketing activities as well as case investigation to ensure a be compliant environment in region china
? project (35%) - independently and objectively manage projects to achieve the effective and efficient operation, the reliable of financials and compliance with laws and rules.

第2篇 管理流程項目經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1、建立項目流程和標準,制定工作規(guī)范和章程,組織員工培訓(xùn)和經(jīng)驗分享;
2、對公司項目集集中管控,其中包含進程管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險管理、問題管理、資源池管理、績效匯報等;從市場調(diào)研、項目立項、供方考察、供方確認、合同、項目研發(fā)、項目實施、項目上線、階段性驗收、階段性付款、項目運維、產(chǎn)品更新迭代完整生命周期進行規(guī)范化管理;
3、部門日常事務(wù)性工作。
任職資格
1、具有五年以上獨立負責(zé)跨多部門集成類大型項目管理經(jīng)驗;
2、練使用各種項目管理工具,文檔能力強,獨立做過項目建設(shè)指導(dǎo)手冊、項目實施計劃等項目初期建設(shè)文檔;
3、執(zhí)行能力強。善于歸納總結(jié)不間斷優(yōu)化改善計劃,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題,推動團隊效能不斷提升;
4、正直、敬業(yè)、主動、積極、樂觀,有較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力、團隊協(xié)作能力和邏輯思維能力;具有吃苦耐勞精神,能承受較大工作壓力;
5、本科學(xué)歷以上,具備pmp相關(guān)資質(zhì)證書者優(yōu)先,pmo工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
