3、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目管理辦公室主任,負(fù)責(zé)公司工程項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定。
4、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目管理辦公室主任,負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程的監(jiān)督檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及時(shí)糾正,嚴(yán)重質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,下發(fā)整改通知單,并監(jiān)督落實(shí)整改措施。
5、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目管理辦公室主任,組織公司相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目預(yù)驗(yàn)收工作,并作出預(yù)驗(yàn)收評(píng)定結(jié)論。

第2篇 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量員管理崗位職責(zé)
1、 貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)范質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和公司質(zhì)量部下發(fā)的各項(xiàng)文件,以及項(xiàng)目部質(zhì)量體系文件,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)健全項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系;
2、 按國(guó)家施工規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、及廣州市有關(guān)規(guī)定,獨(dú)立行使質(zhì)量檢查、監(jiān)督權(quán);
3、 做好質(zhì)量記錄和隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收簽證手續(xù);
4、 協(xié)助有關(guān)生產(chǎn)管理人員,做好日常質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)和評(píng)定;
5、 填好各分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量自檢表,并做好自檢質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定工作;
6、 向技術(shù)部門資料員定期送交完整的已簽資料手續(xù);
7、 監(jiān)督檢查各施工隊(duì),在施工過(guò)程中執(zhí)行質(zhì)量計(jì)劃情況;
8、 落實(shí)工序隱檢,負(fù)責(zé)核定分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定;
9、 督促施工隊(duì)落實(shí)三檢制,組織項(xiàng)目部的工程質(zhì)量檢查;
10、 負(fù)責(zé)辦理工程開工報(bào)告,施工許可證等有關(guān)事項(xiàng);
11、 負(fù)責(zé)向監(jiān)理工程師呈報(bào)日進(jìn)度報(bào)表,周進(jìn)度報(bào)表;
12、 參加一般質(zhì)量事故分析,監(jiān)督檢查措施實(shí)施情況,并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;
13、 組織對(duì)已施工完畢的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行自檢復(fù)核;
14、 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督檢查工程質(zhì)量,并做好相關(guān)記錄;
15、 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理及質(zhì)量經(jīng)理做好其他的質(zhì)量控制工作。

第3篇 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量經(jīng)理管理崗位職責(zé)
1、 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理實(shí)施公司質(zhì)量方針、項(xiàng)目部質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃,參與組織工程質(zhì)量策劃,對(duì)工程質(zhì)量負(fù)直接責(zé)任,在工程質(zhì)量管理方面直接對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé);
2、 貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家及地方的有關(guān)工程施工規(guī)范、工藝規(guī)程、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保項(xiàng)目階段質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和總體質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);
3、 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目部建立質(zhì)量管理保證體系,主持項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量工作專題會(huì)議,形成書面的整改意見,并負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督整改;
4、 組織人力物力資源的活動(dòng),分析質(zhì)量情況,在施工過(guò)程的進(jìn)行全面質(zhì)量控制,及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)和處理實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,并制定預(yù)防、糾正與改進(jìn)的質(zhì)量措施;
5、 負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)施工材料、半成品的檢驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)和管理,落實(shí)工序隱檢,組織分部、分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定;
6、 負(fù)責(zé)督促施工隊(duì)落實(shí)“三檢制”,組織項(xiàng)目部定期進(jìn)行工程質(zhì)量檢查,參加上級(jí)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流;
7、 負(fù)責(zé)與質(zhì)監(jiān)站的工作聯(lián)系,負(fù)責(zé)與業(yè)主和監(jiān)理工程師的質(zhì)量工作協(xié)調(diào),協(xié)助業(yè)主和監(jiān)理工程師組織好竣工驗(yàn)收工作;
8、 負(fù)責(zé)組織、主持召開工程質(zhì)量會(huì),對(duì)質(zhì)量有獎(jiǎng)罰權(quán);加強(qiáng)對(duì)各專業(yè)分包單位的質(zhì)量檢查和監(jiān)督,確保各專業(yè)分包單位的質(zhì)量符合規(guī)范要求,并定期向業(yè)主和監(jiān)理工程師提交工程質(zhì)量情況報(bào)表;
9、 負(fù)責(zé)將項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的進(jìn)行分解落實(shí),并監(jiān)督實(shí)施,加強(qiáng)過(guò)程控制和日常管理,保證項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系有效運(yùn)行;
10、 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施過(guò)程中工程質(zhì)量的質(zhì)檢工作,加強(qiáng)各分部分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量控制,對(duì)達(dá)不到質(zhì)量要求的部位行使“一票否決權(quán)”,并要求限期整改;
11、 負(fù)責(zé)工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)和評(píng)獎(jiǎng)的策劃、組織、資料準(zhǔn)備和日常管理工作;
12、 負(fù)責(zé)工程竣工驗(yàn)收備案工作,在自檢合格的基礎(chǔ)上向業(yè)主提交工程質(zhì)量合格證明書,并提請(qǐng)業(yè)主組織工程竣工驗(yàn)收;
13、 負(fù)責(zé)組織監(jiān)督檢查工程施工勞動(dòng)合同的實(shí)施執(zhí)行;
14、 負(fù)責(zé)審核、并簽字確認(rèn)各分包施工隊(duì)組月結(jié)算工程量的實(shí)際完成情況及實(shí)體質(zhì)量情況,對(duì)于達(dá)不到要求或不符合實(shí)際者,有權(quán)對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理處罰,甚至不給予結(jié)算。

工作職責(zé):1、策劃項(xiàng)目qa工作,監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目過(guò)程執(zhí)行和過(guò)程輸出,綜合分析項(xiàng)目過(guò)程執(zhí)行狀態(tài)和問(wèn)題,定期發(fā)送qa工作報(bào)告,并持續(xù)跟蹤問(wèn)題解決;2、為項(xiàng)目組提供管理體系的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)或指導(dǎo);3、根據(jù)需要參與業(yè)務(wù)單元客戶交流或評(píng)審;4、根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)單元發(fā)展需要,參與特定改善工作實(shí)施。崗位要求:1、2年或以上qa工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必備);2、掌握軟件工程知識(shí)和項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí),熟悉cmmi、iso標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等優(yōu)先;3、有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心,良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力和文檔撰寫能力。具備金融行業(yè)軟件質(zhì)量qa工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

項(xiàng)目和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理工程師 job responsibilities:
? in charge of product/project quality management from design phase to the whole lifecycle;
? to identify necessary quality requirements (listing of requirements);
? to consider lessons / learned, field experiences in new innovation projects and in ecr process;
? to support the project team in the tailoring process (define suitable submission level for the relevant software elements within projects);
? to identify risks with the team members, define suitable measures for risk reduction and control the progress;
? to plan and deploy necessary design and process controls in the series production;
? to plan, implement and evaluate the maturity of necessary software test equipment;
? to review the results of capability studies;
? where software is concerned to support and monitor transfers of product and production processes, ensure apqp / ppap approach;
