ai咨詢顧問管理培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃,針對(duì)2023年畢業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)生(211、985高校本科畢業(yè)生亦可)開放并量身定制的人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。通過定制化培訓(xùn)、一對(duì)一導(dǎo)師、輪崗歷練,為公司發(fā)展培養(yǎng)ai人工智能方向的管理咨詢顧問。
purpose, duties and responsibilities
1、協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)上級(jí)按時(shí)完成相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)研究報(bào)告。
2、參與項(xiàng)目前期的客戶需求分析,執(zhí)行上級(jí)主管指示完成項(xiàng)目。
3、參與負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量追蹤、控管,即時(shí)反應(yīng)專案執(zhí)行環(huán)節(jié)遭遇的問題,即時(shí)協(xié)調(diào),確保如期完成項(xiàng)目要求。
4、負(fù)責(zé)與主管討論報(bào)告架構(gòu),提交報(bào)告所需的數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)表,驗(yàn)收數(shù)據(jù)正確性。
5、完成項(xiàng)目相關(guān)資料的收集與整理,項(xiàng)目文件匯總與歸檔。
6、基本的客戶電話,郵件或當(dāng)面溝通。
7、獨(dú)立解決客戶關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)當(dāng)中的問題。
8、負(fù)責(zé)跨部門協(xié)調(diào)以確保項(xiàng)目順利執(zhí)行
9、推動(dòng)跨業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)和人員的各環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)施
10、將客戶需求及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)至技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì),確保在時(shí)效內(nèi)得到回復(fù)且驗(yàn)證合理性
11、作為的咨詢專家,協(xié)助首席顧問深入理解和分析客戶的業(yè)務(wù)特色及痛點(diǎn);
12、上級(jí)安排的其他工作。
responsibilities:
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷,(211、985高校本科畢業(yè)生亦可),市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)、社會(huì)學(xué)等專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、具有數(shù)據(jù)敏感度、快速學(xué)習(xí)能力,分析能力論證能力;熱衷于咨詢行業(yè)深入發(fā)展職業(yè)規(guī)劃。
3、分析、驗(yàn)證能力強(qiáng),優(yōu)秀的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和演講能力
4、邏輯思維能力強(qiáng),能快速進(jìn)行信息收集、分析、歸納、總結(jié)
5、人際溝通能力、出色的談判技巧和公關(guān)能力
6、具備統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),擅長(zhǎng)ppt報(bào)告撰寫、定性、定量研究知識(shí)。
第2篇 customer complaint management

handle customer inquiries and complaints, actively improve the customer handling process and enhance the procedure of the dealers in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction
task description
?maintain a database to monitor, update and follow up customer inquiries and complaints from the markets
?actively improve the customer handling process and enhance the procedures
?coordinate with the legal counsel, cro at central hq and the dealers on product liability matters
?meet, discuss and negotiate if necessary with customer
?assist and handle special projects
?coordinate field service activities and related matters
職位要求:
qualification required
?automotive background is not a must but preferred
?experience in customer communications and handling
?excellent oral and written skills (in chinese and english) with sound problem solving abilities
?computer literate with microsoft excel, word, e-mail and web
?receptive to foreign culture and environment
?degree/higher diploma in business administration or equivalent higher education
?experience in customer service, preferably with automotive background in aftersales
?successful completion of a recognized training course in business writing and communications skills
