四、對(duì)搬入搬出物品進(jìn)行核查,嚴(yán)禁易燃、易爆、化學(xué)、巨毒品進(jìn)入管理區(qū)域,搬出物品憑放行條制度,嚴(yán)禁擺臺(tái)、乞討、推銷、散發(fā)廣告等閑雜人員進(jìn)入管理區(qū)域。
五、按要求進(jìn)行巡邏簽到,對(duì)違反管理規(guī)定,影響他人工作、休息的行為及時(shí)進(jìn)行勸阻和制止。發(fā)現(xiàn)險(xiǎn)情(火災(zāi)、入室盜竊等)須及時(shí)處理并通知其他人員趕赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
六、指揮車輛按規(guī)定行駛和停泊,保證消防通道暢通,防止發(fā)生交通事故,正確指揮車輛進(jìn)入、停放,要做到:車輛進(jìn)入要迎車、車輛停放要導(dǎo)引、停好車輛要查驗(yàn)、車輛有序要到位。
七、積極做好防火宣傳教育活動(dòng),在小區(qū)內(nèi)開展安全檢查工作,做到及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、及時(shí)整改、及時(shí)報(bào)告。
八、做好小區(qū)內(nèi)消防器材、設(shè)備檢查,保證設(shè)備處于完好狀況,一旦發(fā)生火警,即可投入使用。
九、熱情接待業(yè)主的咨詢,直到業(yè)主的問題得到解決,努力樹立公司良好的社會(huì)形象。
